SiteMind (sitemind.tech) is an AI assistant that reads a business’s website and files and answers its visitors, with a link to the source. Waqas Ameer founded it in 2026. Four of us build it, in Pakistan and the United States.

Why we built it. Simple questions kept going unanswered.

Most websites already have the answers people look for: prices, delivery times, how a product works. Visitors still can’t find them, so they send an email, wait, or leave.

Live chat helps, but someone has to be online. Contact forms take hours or days. Many AI chatbots we tried would guess when they didn’t know, which is worse than no answer at all.

The tools that did work well were priced per resolution or per seat, which put them out of reach for most small teams.

So we built SiteMind to do one job well. It reads your website, answers from it, shows where each answer came from, and says so when it can’t find something. One flat price per workspace, with no seat fees.

Hi, I’m Waqas.

I started SiteMind because I kept seeing the same thing. Small businesses had good websites, but their visitors still couldn’t get a quick answer, so they left. The tools that could fix this cost too much for most of them.

So I built something simple. It reads your site, answers your visitors, and tells them when it doesn’t know.

I still help every new customer get set up. We test the assistant together and fix anything that’s off before it goes live.

From here, we want it to need even less of your time, so you can spend more of it on your business.
