Enterprise
Enterprise removes the limits our published plans meter on — domains, knowledge base size and monthly responses — and adds invoiced contracts and a direct line to the team. Below, we have also written down what we don’t have yet, so you can rule us out in five minutes instead of five weeks.
What’s included
Enterprise is not a different product. It is the same assistant with the metered limits removed and the commercial terms handled properly.
Your main site, docs, help centre, careers site and regional domains all answer as a single assistant, with no cap on how many you connect. A visitor asking on one domain gets an answer sourced from any of them.
No ceiling on how much content you index. Large documentation sets, deep product catalogues and years of published material can all go in without hitting a limit mid-crawl.
No monthly cap on answered questions, so a traffic spike or a seasonal peak never degrades into a throttled assistant in front of your customers.
Your crawl and recrawl jobs are dequeued ahead of standard traffic, so large sites re-index faster after you publish changes.
The “Powered by SiteMind” footer is removed and the widget is styled to your brand, so the assistant reads as part of your product rather than a bolted-on third party.
Annual invoicing, purchase orders and your own paper rather than a card on file — handled directly with us instead of through a self-serve checkout.
Security & data handling
The short version. The security page has the full detail, and we will answer your questionnaire directly.
Every record carries a workspace identifier and every query filters on it. Your indexed content is never reachable from another customer’s assistant.
Third-party tokens for connected sources — Notion, GitHub, Confluence, Google Drive, Dropbox — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Your content answers your own visitors and nothing else. It is not used to train foundation models, and it is not sold or shared.
The assistant cannot answer from general world knowledge. When retrieval finds nothing relevant it declines without invoking a language model at all, so there is no opportunity to invent a policy or a price.
The system is designed to refuse attempts to override its instructions through the chat box — a real risk for any assistant exposed to the public internet.
Delete a workspace and every byte of its content is removed within 30 days. Short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens mean no long-lived credentials are left floating around.
Where we are today
Answered straight, including the ones where the answer is no. If one of these is a hard requirement, you have just saved yourself a review cycle.
FAQ
Enterprise is custom-priced, because the plan removes the limits that our published tiers meter on — domains, knowledge base size and monthly AI responses. Our self-serve plans run from $20 to $149 per month and are listed publicly on the pricing page; if those limits fit your volume, one of them is very likely the better buy and we will say so.
Usually one of three things: you need more than 10 domains answering as one assistant, your content is large enough to exceed the Pro knowledge base size, or your chat volume runs past 10,000 answered questions a month. Procurement requirements — invoicing, a custom contract, a security review — are the other common reason.
Yes. Every account starts with a free 3-day trial, no card required, and you can point it at a real domain and ask it real questions in that window. For a larger evaluation across multiple domains, get in touch and we will set up an appropriate trial rather than making you assess the product on a single-domain plan.
The same flow as any other account: connect a domain, let it crawl, check the answers, then install a one-line widget snippet. There are WordPress and Shopify integrations if you use either. The genuinely useful work is reviewing the unanswered-questions list afterwards and filling the content gaps it surfaces.
Enterprise accounts get a direct line to us rather than a general support queue. Given the size of the company today, that means talking to the people who build the product — which is a real advantage on technical questions and worth being clear about rather than dressing up as a support tier.
How many domains, roughly how much content, and what your customers keep asking. If a standard plan is the better buy, we will tell you that instead.
