Partner Program

Turn the websites you already build into recurring revenue.

Every site you launch could answer its visitors’ questions from its own content, the day it goes live. Two ways to make that part of your business: introduce clients and earn a share of what they pay, or sell it yourself at your own price.

Two ways to work with SiteMind

You are not locked in. Partners can switch between the two from their dashboard.

Model one

Referral Partner

Earn recurring commission

Send businesses to SiteMind and earn a share of what they pay, every month they stay. SiteMind owns the account, the billing and the support — you introduce, we run it.

Example

Client pays SiteMind
$59/mo
Your commission
25%

You earn $14.75/mo, for as long as they stay

Best for

  • Freelance web developers and designers
  • Small studios that would rather not hold client accounts
  • Consultants who recommend tools rather than resell them

Model two

Agency Reseller

Sell it as your own service

Add an AI assistant to what you already deliver, set your own price, and keep the difference. You hold the client relationship; SiteMind is the engine behind it.

Example

You charge your client
$99/mo
You pay SiteMind
$35/mo

You keep $64/mo per client

Best for

  • Web design and development agencies
  • SEO and digital marketing agencies
  • Shopify and e-commerce build shops

How it works

Three steps, no contract to sign

  1. 01

    Apply from your dashboard

You need a SiteMind account — the same one you would use to run an assistant. Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within a couple of working days.

  2. 02

    Share your link

Approved partners get a referral link and a dashboard showing clicks, signups, customers and commission. Nothing is estimated on your machine; every figure is calculated on our side.

  3. 03

Get paid on what they pay

Commission is recorded the moment a referred customer’s payment clears, at the rate in force that day, and keeps accruing while they stay a customer.

Questions

Before you apply

How long does commission last?
It recurs for as long as the customer you referred keeps paying. If they cancel, commission stops with their subscription; it is not clawed back retroactively.
When do I get paid?
Commission is tracked and visible in your partner dashboard from the first payment. Automated payouts are not built yet — early partners are paid manually, and we will tell you exactly when that changes rather than quietly leaving a balance to grow.
How does reselling actually work?
From your partner dashboard you add a client: we create their workspace and email them a link to set a password. You choose their plan and what you charge them; we charge you the partner rate and show your margin per client and across your book. Your clients are never asked for payment details.
How am I invoiced for my clients?
Directly, and manually for now. Reseller billing is not yet automated, so we invoice you for your active clients rather than taking a card on file. Your dashboard tracks exactly what you owe in the meantime, and we will tell you before that changes.
Can I log into my clients’ dashboards?
No. You control their plan, their price and their status, but not their account. Their conversations, knowledge base and captured leads are theirs — holding the commercial relationship is not the same as being entitled to read their visitors’ questions. If a client wants you in their workspace, that needs their invitation, which is a feature we have not built yet.
Do I need to be a SiteMind customer?
You need a SiteMind account, because your partner dashboard lives inside it. You do not need a paid plan to be a referral partner.
Can I refer myself?
No. A partner using their own link on their own workspace is refused server-side. Referring a company you also own but run as a separate account is fine.
What do I see about the businesses I refer?
The business name, their plan, when they signed up, and what you have earned from them. You do not get their email address, phone number or anyone’s contact details — they are our customer, not your lead list.
