Connected knowledge ecosystem

In addition to public website crawling and direct file uploads, SiteMind integrates directly with popular cloud knowledge sources under Integrations (/dashboard/integrations).

Connecting a source creates an encrypted pipeline where remote documents, pages, and repositories are indexed and chunked into the same unified knowledge base alongside your website.

Notion integration

Authenticate with your Notion workspace and select specific database pages or documentation trees to sync. SiteMind extracts text, headers, lists, and tables while preserving hierarchical structure.

GitHub repository sync

Connect a public or private GitHub repository to index Markdown documentation, README files, and release notes directly from your codebase branches.

Confluence Cloud

Sync internal documentation and product runbooks from Atlassian Confluence spaces. Content is indexed for fast semantic retrieval and refreshed automatically.

Google Drive & Dropbox

Authorise Google Drive or Dropbox to sync shared folders containing PDFs, Word documents, text files, and spreadsheets without manual re-uploading.

Security & token encryption

All OAuth access tokens and API secrets for connected integrations are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Credentials are never logged and are isolated strictly by workspace.
