Analytics and conversations

What your dashboard tracks per website, and how to read and export real conversation transcripts.

Updated July 31, 2026

Analytics are per website

Pick a date range (7, 30, or 90 days) and a domain, and the Analytics page shows: total questions asked, with a trend line and comparison to the previous period; success rate; how many questions went unanswered; average response time and token usage; and unique visitors alongside total conversations. Numbers are scoped to one domain at a time rather than blended across your whole workspace, so a busy site doesn’t drown out a smaller one.

What counts as unanswered

A question is “unanswered” when the assistant couldn’t find anything relevant in your knowledge base and said so rather than guessing. The Missed Questions list shows exactly what visitors asked that your content didn’t cover, which is usually the fastest way to find gaps worth filling with a manual entry or an uploaded document (see Knowledge sources).

Exporting analytics

Both the KPI figures and the underlying charts can be exported as CSV or JSON for whatever range you’ve selected, useful if you want to track trends outside the dashboard or share a report with a colleague.

Reading full conversations

The Conversations page lists every real conversation for a selected website, searchable by text, with the full transcript alongside. You can export the whole list as CSV or a single transcript as JSON. Visitor-submitted text is masked for profanity in exports, so shared reports stay clean without altering what the assistant itself saw and answered.
