New workspaces get a 7-day trial with no card required. You can add a website, run a crawl, and try the widget before deciding on a plan.

Plans are measured in indexed chunks and monthly chats, not pages. A chunk is what a crawled page, an uploaded document, or a manual entry becomes once it’s processed, so a single long page can produce several chunks while a short FAQ entry might produce one. Domains are counted separately: how many websites can feed your one workspace assistant.

Starter is $20/month: 1 domain, 100 indexed chunks, 500 chats a month, standard widget branding, email support.

Growth is $59/month: 5 domains sharing one knowledge base, 1,000 indexed chunks, 2,500 chats a month, the analytics dashboard, email support.

Pro is $149/month: 10 domains, 5,000 indexed chunks, unlimited chats, analytics, priority crawling, and custom widget branding.

Enterprise is custom-priced: everything in Pro, plus unlimited domains and chunks, API access, dedicated support, and a custom contract. Reach out at [email protected].

Paying annually instead of monthly saves 10% on every plan.

You can view your current plan, usage against your limits, and manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard, which hands off to a secure checkout and billing portal rather than handling card details itself.
