Turn website conversations into pipeline
SiteMind includes a native Lead Capture engine designed to collect visitor contact information at the moment of highest buying intent without interrupting support questions.
Configure lead generation rules in the Widget Studio under the Lead Capture tab (/dashboard/widget).
Custom form fields
Choose which fields to collect: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Company Name. Set fields as required or optional, and customize field placeholder copy to match your brand voice.
Trigger timing modes
Mandatory upfront: visitors must provide their email before sending their first question.
Post-answer prompt: the form displays automatically after the assistant provides its first helpful answer.
Intent-based: the assistant detects commercial keywords (such as pricing, quotation, demo, or sales) and proactively presents the contact form.
Managing and exporting leads
All captured leads are recorded in your dashboard under Conversations -> Leads (/dashboard/leads). Filter by date range, search by email or name, and export to CSV with a single click for import into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp.
Real-time CRM webhook streaming
To automate pipeline creation, configure an outbound webhook for the `lead.captured` event. Every new submission immediately dispatches an HMAC-signed POST request to your backend or automation tool (Make, Zapier, n8n).
